I can say from experience, I am not sure how many people have said that they are increasing again, but as an "equivalent" means that the use you have to take 4 at a time. If you still "nothing", then 4 hours later, take 5 in a meeting ... Personally, I do not think recommend more than 5 at once. Your tolerance is so high that they must start with a high dose, then work independently.
