Can i turn off mobile network to use wifi? - is the sprint network good

Samsung is my time and I am asking is not a good service in my house, but I use a wireless connection and works in good.So if you can not close the air are used, while I want the wifi to keep me that the disable roaming account message.Its very angry DataGuard.
