What should I be able to do in order to make my high school soccer team? - order team zissou adidas

You should try outs for my school football team in the next month and I asked myself what I do to be able to make the team. What kind of training you need to do to be fit? What skills and the basics of football should be able to fulfill.
I played in a league last year, but I'm not really sure what I should be able to do.
